                                            Chinese Cuisine Cooking Class

During the Chinese New Year Banquets in the past, many of you expressed interest to learn Chinese cooking. The Chinese saying goes, "Teach a man to catch a fish, rather than just to eat, he can eat forever." Likewise, teach you how to cook Chinese food is more meaningful and lasting than just to eat.

There will be a series of 4 sessions for 4 consecutive weeks. You will learn
to cook 2 dishes at each session. If you miss one session, you can make up at the next session.

We class will start on Wednesday July 15th:

Weekdays  6p.m. To 8p.m.  Weekend  12p.m. To 2p.m.   6pm To 8pm

Time is flexible, please let us know what days and what dishes you like to learn.

Each session promises to be a wonderful culinary and cultural event. It starts with an interesting will talk on how the cuisine reflects the culture of that region. The instructor demonstrate the entire preparation, cooking and presentation of each dish. Students will follow the same process and cook the same dishes. The instructor and the students will then eat together during which period questions and discussions will be held.

The fee for each session is $35, including food ingredients for the entire dinner. The total of the 4 sessions is $140, payable to the Chinese Cultural Center on the day of the first session.
